LHH is on the lookout for a seasoned and enthusiastic Restaurant General Manager to spearhead our client’s team in Pickerington, OH. This position offers a unique chance to manage a restaurant, lead a team of up to 50 employees, and gain equity in the location. Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and oversee a team of up to 50 employees, including assistant managers and leads, to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Oversee budgets, financial reports, and inventory to ensure profitability and effective cost control.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service, promptly addressing any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and engage with the local community to promote the restaurant.
- Implement and maintain procedures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of managerial experience in a casual dining environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
